Parent Promise - Who is eligible? All parents who have a child that is eligible for the Texoma Promise program (Took the Promise pledge and completed FAFSA). The parent must have a GED or high school diploma and have not earned a certificate or degree. All students are eligible for a $350 scholarship. Some students are also eligible for tuition and fees paid (after grants/scholarships are applied) for 2 years or 60 credits, whichever is reached first for families whose income is less than $80,000.
